Friendly Aquaponics

Looking for a great nature and animal Friendly Aquaponics guide that you can use to make your own Aquaponics garden, without spending a ton of cash and/or having to buy expensive kits? I'm going to point you into the right direction in this article by showing a few different things that should help you out. Let's get into it below to begin.

Kits vs. Guides, which is best and which should you use?
I am half-assuming that you already are set on using a guide, instead of a kit or something similar to that. I definitely recommend this because you won't have to spend a lot of money and you will end up in just as good, if not better, of a situation. It's always better in this situation to build it yourself rather than buy a constricting kit which will only be able to give you a set amount of gardening space.

How to find a good guide to use
There are a few guides on the Internet that are worth looking at, but I only recommend one because of how great it is. You will find a few links below to that particular one. If you are interested in finding some more guides than you can easily do a search on Google or Bing, and attempt to find one that you feel looks good and that you are interested in testing out.

Why don't you take a look at this step by step guide? Visit: Friendly Aquaponics System Plans

This Aquaponics4You guide is the best one that I always recommend to my readers, take a look at it and I'm sure you'll love it. The front page will teach you a lot right away, even before you start reading the actual guide, so go check it out. I hope that this helps you out, good luck!

Bugs in Aquaponics system?
I have an aquaponic system at my home. (Aquaponics and hydroponics are not the same thing, but very similar. Basically in aquaponics you are adding fish in the picture, the fish poop fertilizes the plants, and the plants clean the water for the fish.) Anyways, I am growing lettuce in my system, my lettuce is being eaten by insects. I did a little research and Dipel and Bontanigard eliminate worms and nats. Where I live we are going through a drought, we have 5 different kinds of roaches at my house. 4 of the 5 kinds have taken up residence in my lettuce, the roaches are everywhere. I heard neem oil will take care of them but if the oil gets on the lettuce, the plant wont taste good. Would Dipel and Bontanigard take care of the roaches ? Or are there other products I can try that will be safe for my system and myself?
